still having a fantastic time in london, although the weather is driving me crazy, summer just wont stay! oh well, we just have to make the most of it i guess!!!

i have finished my first level of my course (thats if i have passed the patisserie exam, which i will know tomorrow)!!!
i honestly cant believe that 3 months are over, it has just flown past so fast. i have learnt so so much, but it feels like i still know nothing, its not until i go back and think about day on of school, and how nervous i was, and that it took me 2 hours to julienne a few carrots and leeks... and now we are producing meals and cooking, and baking real, complex looking (not so complicated to make) cakes.
i am so excited for my next level, but seriously nervous... this is where the pressure starts!
lets just hope for the best.
and im going to do my best to try and keep my blog up to date more frequently!!!
